Basically a sponsorship can work for any type of event you have planned. How many times have you run out of $$ before all your plans were made? A few simple phone calls or letters can solve all your budget problems.

There are two easy ways to ask for sponsorships. Write a letter, or just give them a call. A letter is a bit more professional looking unless you have a fairly good relationship with your contact.

But, either way will work, and you’ll be amazed at how happy your prospects will be to have their company name as part of your event.
